How KiwiDiv handles account and usage data

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Data collected

KiwiDiv may process account identifiers such as email address, subscription tier, billing-related identifiers, uploaded workbook metadata, and basic product usage signals needed to operate the service.

2. Purpose of use

This data is used to authenticate users, manage access tiers, deliver subscriber-only features, process billing events, protect the service, and improve product reliability.

3. Payment processing

Payment card data is processed by Stripe. KiwiDiv does not store full card details on its own servers.

4. Storage and infrastructure

KiwiDiv may use Supabase and related infrastructure providers to store account, authentication, storage, and operational data required for the service.

5. Sharing

KiwiDiv does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers only where necessary to run authentication, billing, storage, analytics, or customer support workflows.

6. Analytics

KiwiDiv uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to help measure aggregate site usage and understand product interaction. The site shows a cookie and analytics consent banner, and Microsoft Clarity runs only after you accept analytics on the site. These tools do not give KiwiDiv access to full payment details or account passwords.

7. Retention

KiwiDiv keeps data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and billing records.

8. Your choices

You may request account deletion, reopen cookie preferences from the site footer, or ask about your account data at info@kiwidiv.com. Some data may still be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes.
